Currently 2 rooms available starting May 2026. Private Bedroom with private half bath in the room (toilet, sink and vanity). Furnished with dresser, twin bed, armoire or closet.
Walking distance to GFU and downtown Newberg, right off of Jaquith Park for running/walking.
Rent includes all utilities, no additional expenses. It also includes basic supplies stocked in the house: toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap and dishwasher detergent, hand soap and kleenex.
About the roomies
Friendship House is an off campus housing option for GFU undergraduate students, graduate students and alumni. Check us out at friendshiphousenewberg.com. Great intentional community.
Rent also includes one meal a week during the school year and fun activities all hosted and paid for by Friendship House.
