This is an UPSTAIRS House, was built in 1917, of old style stucco Spanish Revival Architecture, on a large Compound with nice shade trees and mature terraced landscaping in front yard…located in the beautiful Historical District of Park Avenue.
Upstairs House - It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and built upstairs over the carports and Laundry Room. Has an Enclosed stairwell entrance, convenient for any weather.
Available now, Bedroom # 3-
It is a fully furnished room (single size bed) with a large vintage chest of 5 drawers, bedside stand w/lamp, chair, bedside floor rug.
There is Enough Space left in room for a desk …if you want to bring your own.
Includes your own private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet).
The Housemates have shared use of the kitchen, dining room, and Living room. Kitchen stove range is electric. No dishwasher appliance.
Kitchen has 3 smaller refrigerators, one fridge is designated per each Housemate, for their own private personal use. This way works out much better that everyone sharing only one large fridge.
Floors are the original, solid hard wood flooring, in all rooms. But, the Kitchen area, and bathrooms, have vinyl flooring.
Cooling: ceiling fan,
and a window air conditioner is available during hotter weather. (Some people only like to have fresh air breezes coming in thru the opening bedroom window, when weather is good).
Heating: house has gas central heating.
Parking: is now only available in the front street of Hill Ave, as all the other 4 spots on-site are already taken by long term tenants.

About the roomies
Presently, are 2 separate Housemates, Male, middle aged hard working men …whose jobs start very early as 6am. They are seeking a 3rd housemate, who is a good fit for Bedroom#3. I am their Landlord Jim, and I am trying to help them find a qualified approved Housemate.
No Pets allowed… due to animal hair allergies.
No loud partying life style nor disruptive behavior due to alcohol abuse.
No smoking inside house allowed.
Must have proof of an adequate income to pay rent and cost of living.
