About the room
Our home is located in Land O’ Lakes off of Parkway and Collier. Sits on a quiet street with great neighbors whom have lived here for decades. Room available with shared bath with 1 other person. WIFI and utilities are included, we have an extra fridge in the garage for your use. Parking available in the driveway. There is a lanai and a large backyard with a fire pit. Our community has a clubhouse with amenities and a restaurant to enjoy. The room will become available this Summer. Date will be updated when it becomes available.
About the roomies
We are a family of 3, with no pets. We have a child in college, keeps to self. One of us is always home due to working remotely. We have hosted 3 students in the past and enjoyed it. We are looking for a roommate that is respectful, responsible and possibly one of our next favorite persons in the world. We will require a background check and deposits, (initial deposit, first and last month.
