Looking for a roommate to share 1 bedroom with attach bath. Currently there are 2 people living in 2 bed 2 bath, myself and my roommate, we are working professionals. Now looking for a 3rd person. The house is semi furnished & apartment is maintained very clean and we are looking at a person who maintains the house clean. The rent is $750 per month which includes high speed internet, electricity, water and gas. Plenty of street parking is available & no parking permits needed. Separate room also will be available on request but rent will be 900 + utilities. One month advance , current month rent and cleaning charges ( $70) required at the time of joining.
