Location: -Being right before downtown Esco, you can walk to a lot of places and are really central to everything! -Walking distance from Sprinter and bus stops. -Easy access to freeway entrances (exit Valley Pkwy). -Quiet, gated community.

Housing: -We will pay for all utilities including internet, so the cost per month is a flat fee for you! All we ask is for self-control/responsibility with water and electricity. -Street parking is a free option if you don’t want to spend $50-75 a month for a spot inside the complex. -We have the Master bedroom/bath, so you would have your own room and main guest bath. If you prefer to have the Master set up instead, we can consider it for a higher cost. Your 10x11 room can either come unfurnished or furnished. -Community gym, pool and hot tub. In-house stacked laundry unit. Packages delivered to door.

Additional Info: -Must be able to pass criminal background/no rent collections history (required by complex). -We are asking for security deposit and 1st month’s rent to move in. -Must be okay with large dogs! We have a 1 year old malinois mix (big pup!) that just wants to love, so you must be okay with having her around. She’s energetic and learning her manners, so a little patience is required when she first meets you - but we’re sure you won’t mind her cuddles.
