About the room

One basement bedroom included in this 4 bedroom home near Shadle Library. Upstairs bathroom is shared, with a tub. Upstairs and downstairs living rooms are furnished. Infrared sauna and HE washer dryers in basement. Dishwasher in kitchen. Free street parking. I am a massage therapist and practice part time out of one room downstairs (not pictured). I also work at a Chiropractic clinic.

About the roomies

Leonard (cat) and I are looking for someone without pets of their own who loves kitties. Cannabis friendly, outside only. I occasionally enjoy small gatherings of friends for a dinner party, but otherwise enjoy a pretty quiet lifestyle. Like to keep the home space a peaceful place to be.
