Looking for two roommates in our unique, mountain home! Nestled in Evergreen/Golden on 19 acres, surrounded by beautiful Ponderosa pine, fir, juniper, and all your favorite woodland critters. If you’re looking for a safe space to stay grounded & connect with nature as we grind through the hellscape that is our country, look no further! Though we’re secluded in some ways, we’re only 25 minutes from downtown Denver, and an easy commute to Evergreen, Golden, Lakewood, Wheat Ridge, and Idaho Springs. I have two cozy rooms available for rent. The first is 8’10” x 8’9” with a good size closet; it’s comfortable with a twin bed. The second is 8’9” x 9’11” without a closet and will also comfortably fit a twin bed. In addition, you’ll have shared access to a beautiful living room that overlooks the forest, smart tv, full use of the kitchen (including refrigerator and dishwasher), dining room, washer & dryer, an outdoor grill & patio, significant amount of storage space, and a private property that you’re welcome to roam. We’re hoping to find a couple of like-minded, queer, neurodivergent people to share space with. We can’t accommodate any more dogs or cats, but animals contained in their own habitat are generally fine. Both rooms are month to month; we want to make sure we find a good fit for everyone. A $50 background check is required; if conditions are met, the fee goes toward the first month’s rent. Happy to answer any questions!

I’m Erin (they/them); I own this magical house. My kiddos live with me 50% of the time (19 & 13). I run a forest school from the property; we’re outside 98% of the time. The last two years, I’ve spent all my free time updating and working on my house. I’m hoping to do more traveling this coming year. I like heart-to-hearts, new adventures, gaming (board games), puzzling, crafting, art, reading, learning new things, and Heartstopper. I’m quite introverted; I like hanging with people but my battery is very limited. I’m ADHD, bi, non binary, and polyamorous. I’m super sensitive to scents and noise.
