Chill house with a tiny cabin the backyard. The room available is the cabin, it’s an awesome spot if you like a semi outside vibe. Currently furnished but nothing needs to stay. Has a piano in it at the moment.
One small room fully insulated with AC or space heater available. Nice privacy. Attached to smaller room with wood stove for heat and storage cabinets. Not a complete ADU as it does not have water or a bathroom; you would still use main house for bathroom and kitchen etc. it’s about 25 feet from the main house , not a long walk. adjacent cabin/and treehouse has a shared balcony and storage and art space or whatever space, for us all to determine. Separate entrance straight to backyard.
2 cool easy going people who like music and art , who also each have a cat. A big record collection and fairly clean house
