I signed on 14 month lease and have 6 months to go. After that, I can downgrade myself to 1 bedroom or we can continue with me being the primary leaseholder and you may stay for another year. I am not against someone staying for just a few months either. I’m just looking for extra income since I’m never home so it doesn’t make sense to even have a 2 bedroom place lol My current roommate and I are going our separate ways by the end of July so this space will be available shortly after.

I am your ideal roommate if you don’t like to socialize. I keep to myself and am very introverted by nature. Currently pursuing PhD so I’m in my books and laptop a lot. I tutor on the side and deliver for Instacart on weekends. Looking for someone who will not have overnight guests, no parties and generally keep to themselves. Ideal situation for someone with a similar lifestyle. The property is very well maintained. The amenities are included. Utilities will run about $150 pp without WiFi (that’s an additional $35/pp)
