About the room

Looking to fill a 3rd room in our 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo by May 1st (move-in date is flexible). The location is a secluded complex in Kensington in a convenient area and central to so much in SD (right off the 8 & 15). You’d have your own full bathroom (not attached but right outside door), private patio only you have access to, a walk-in closet, as well as large cabinets outside your room for extra storage. The apartment includes a parking space in the driveway as well as a washer & dryer in-unit. We have a backyard, a community pool & hot tub are on-premise and within walking distance. Rent would be $1475/month and the security deposit would be $1,000. (Total due by may 1st would be $2,475).

We welcome small pets but no large dogs unfortunately (as much as we love them), and no kids. This space is LGBTQ & 420 friendly. We are serious about our sanctuary staying peaceful and respectful. Cleaning after yourself and respecting others’ property should be a given. This is not a space for you if you tend to bring the party home. You’d be with us on the lease for 1 year and would be required to find a proper replacement that we both approve of if you were to leave. A credit check as well as income verification is required and non-negotiable, but that would be after both roommates meet you and get to know you a bit. About the roomies

Roommate 1: Natalie-I’m a professional in my early 30s, love art, live music, markets, and spending time outdoors. My work schedule is hybrid and varies between working from home and in the office. I spend majority of my time in my room and am super friendly but also like to keep to myself. I have a two amazing kitties who are playful but super chill and love people. Roommate 2: Kate-Semi-retired professional female. Loves to surf and workout, works from home majority of the time. Super laidback and keeps to herself. Has a sweet kitty as well who spends most of his time in her room.
