Large home shared with quiet, mature, middle aged male owner (young 60). Plenty of room to stay out of your way, respecting your lifestyle and space. I’m very friendly, yet have a keen sense of when any small chat is, or is not, appropriate. I may pass through the kitchen but barely in it. I don’t entertain or have house guests other than a brief occasional visit from one of my adult kids. Prefer 40+ age and relatively shorter term stays but open to discussion for the proper mature person. There are 2 previous house mate references to provide.
