East Balboa Boulevard

I am listing my own room because I am going to Officer Candidate School for the Navy - only after I signed a full year lease basically right on the beach. I am leaving Mid-August and the room is fully furnished: queen sized bed with box spring, 43“ LCD Vizio smart TV mounted on the wall, 8’x2’ closet, Drawers, nightstand, mini fridge, and wooden American Flag mounted on the wall. The room comes with a full shared bathroom with a large shower. The kitchen is awesome! Brand new fridge, new microwave, new dishwasher, the gas stove is awesome and so is the oven. We have a garage but it is tiny and can’t really fit a car, but that’s where our washer and dryer is located. Wifi is fast and utilities never really break $100 a month. There is no AC but the place is 50ft away from the sand so it never really gets that hot here. Great location: 3 bars only 1 block away, 5 restaurants (way more than that but whatever), the Fun Zone is across the street, and of course the beach is only one house down. I absolutely love living here it is so much fun. There is a parking lot you just buy a pass for the entire year and you can park overnight as long as you want, street parking is also free.

Please note any of my personal belongings in the photos will be gone and only the furniture will remain. Also the sliding closet doors exist, they are just off right now.

The roomies are brother and sister! Young professionals (mid-20s) and are just great people; Austin is one of my best friends from college and we played college football together, and Ashley is his sister and she is a total badass. They both run a fitness studio and are insanely fit folks. They have been athletes their entire lives and now they earn a living for it! I have never had easier, more considerate roommates to live with, and I really am bummed that I am leaving easily the best living situation I have ever had in my entire life. With that being said it could be your best living situation! You should be: an active, young professional who is ambitious.
