Room for rent with private bathroom can come furnished or unfurnished near Tufts Campus and Davis Square. Looking for someone to take over lease which ends August 2026, starting October or November 2025.

Working professionals are in early twenties to late thirties co-ed all have private bathroom and shared kitchen, clean friendly, and organized. Current roommates have allergies to dogs and cats, unfortunately it is difficult to accommodate those with pets. Would need to discuss with leasing office on specifics. Utilities not included in total, approximately $50-$100 per month
