I live in the house, but I’m gone most of the time due to my work schedule. Due to their already being several cats in the household between me and my roommates, I am not able to accommodate more pets at this time.

The household is quiet and easy going. There are no strangers coming and going.

I have a ring camera at the front door and two inside in the common areas.

$100 non-refundable deposit holds the room up to two weeks. Forfeits after that.
