We’re looking for 1 FEMALE (NO exceptions) housemate (ONE PERSON) that would rent one bedroom and a semi private bathroom and house share. (Newly renovated -paint inside and out, flooring, ceiling fans, newer appliances, bathrooms, much more) 4 bedrooms, 2 bath home located in a quiet neighborhood. The home is 1,500 sq ft with a beautiful salt water pool with solar heat and a jacuzzi, new patio furniture/umbrellas and a barbecue. This would be a month to month lease (would like a minimum of six month commitment) You will be responsible for one fourth (1/4) of the P.G.E and Water (PGE-$100 / Water-$40 BOTH APROX.) WiFi, extended cable and garbage are included. We are (3) female professionals/students looking for someone who is extremely clean, kind, and will share mutual respect. It is important to us that we do get along and hopefully establish friendships. The house is very friendly but also conscientious of each other’s privacy. Students welcome.
