About the room
One room for rent in my house starting August 8th 2019. Rent is $540 which includes WIFI. You get your own room and own private bathroom, use of the house - living room, kitchen (fridge, stove, your own cabinet space), dining area and utilities room (washer and dryer). You get your own parking space in the driveway. There is a front porch and back porch. The Neighborhood is nice, no trouble. Rent is due the 1rst of the month. August can be prorated. I have one dog and one cat so you must be able to live with animals in the house.
I am starting interviews now till the 7th and will decide on a good candidate.
About the roomies
I work 8 to 5 M-F and enjoy the weekends. Computer tech person, and artists and skateboarder.
