Property is located in Palm Beach Gardens / Lake Park area. Room for rent is my Master bedroom. It has a walk-in closet and private bathroom within. You’ll have shared access to the living room and kitchen space. Apartment has my personal washer and dryer in unit. Apartment is located on the top (3rd floor). There is a pool on site (as well as laundry facilities and mailboxes) over by the leasing office. You must be approved by the leasing office to rent here and will need to fill out an application ($). San Marcos Property is low income so you will not be approved if you make over a certain amount. Apartment is close to I-95, on road with public transportation, close to all kinds of shops and restaurants.

I am a 42 year old professional female who works fulltime. I am looking for someone reliable, responsible and respectful (for long term). I am a clean and friendly person and very accepting of others. I am pet friendly with 2 indoor cats. Would love someone who is great at communication and will pay rent on time. I am down to earth and pretty chill. Ideally looking for the same. I would prefer someone who does not smoke and/or does drugs. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
