About the space: Wonderful, spacious, cute house with big garden and yard. Hardwood floors, nice natural light, and big windows. Kitchen is beautiful, well equipped, has nice appliances including a dishwasher. Bedrooms are good sized with closets. Dining and living rooms are large. The third bedroom is used as an office/storage and a space for the occasional weekend visitor. Other great features include: laundry in basement, garage and driveway parking, tons of storage in basement, mini-split (AC) downstairs, grill, outdoor tables and chairs, cool art and fun decor. The house is in an adorable and very safe neighborhood and super close to Northampton (15 mins), Easthampton (10 mins). Close to Mount Holyoke and HCC. Sweet, quiet, and small (10 lb) dog. Cannabis outdoors is fine. Rent is 925/person if 2/3 bedrooms are filled. Currently, 1/3 bedrooms are filled. Rent includes heat and water.

Looking for one roommate, 25-35 years old. Move in is flexible and yearly lease, but there is the option to start with a 6 month lease. We are a lesbian couple in our late twenties. Unfortunately, we are not open to more animals or living with another couple. We are looking to live with someone who is a responsible, friendly, thoughtful/considerate roommate with an open communication style. We’d ideally like to live with people we enjoy spending time with and are open to making changes to the space/layout so everyone feels comfortable. We love our home and are excited about sharing it with a great roommate.

About us: We are a considerate, creative, and clean couple. We are experienced at living with roommates together and are fair and communicative roommates - chill but good communicators, warm but respectful/mindful. We are fun and love reading, hosting dinner/themed parties, gardening, and making art/crafts. We currently have one roommate, who we get along with very well.
