The townhouse and your future room is located in south Napa (near Yacht Club/Grocery Outlet/Planet Fitness/Meadows), a few minutes away from downtown Napa and the Napa River/Vine Trail. The entire house is fully furnished. Kitchen includes large fridge, gas stove/oven, microwave, and all the things you need to create your own culinary masterpieces. Great Room includes couch with large TV. All common area flooring is tile, stairs are newly installed hardwood.

Your Second Floor Private Bedroom (unfurnished) is approximately 10x11 with a bump out near window to provide extra space, includes large closet, vinyl plank flooring, and semi-private bathroom (you’re the only roommate that will use it, it’s just a few steps away from the room), limited additional storage located in garage.

Full access to the rest of the 1360+ sq ft house (other than other bedrooms). All utilities, including Cable, Internet, Water, Gas, Electric Included. Indoor washer/dryer. Cable available in room for $10/month.

Note: Room is for one person (occasional guests okay). No pets.

Move in date is flexible on/after June 12 (potentially earlier).

Deposit is one month of rent ($1400).

Owner of the home (me) works in St. Helena, enjoys wine, running, and traveling. The other roommate is an artist.
