The “Garden Santuary” suite is a large private bedroom on the garden level with two oversized windows, facing south and west, with carpeted floor and an adjacent semi-private 3/4 bathroom.

Utilities (electricity, water, gas, garbage, wifi) and yard work/snow removal are included. There is a full Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, Entertainment Room, and Laundry with shared access.

Sunny, Braemar Hills 3 bedroom house plus dedicated office room with big deck and yard, conveniently located near major highways 62, 169 and 494. Half a mile to Edina High School and Valley View Middle School. Approximately 1 mile to Braemar Park area- including full public golf , par three, Red River Kitchen-club house restaurant, driving range, walking and biking trails, golf dome, ice arena and ball fields. 1.6 miles to Cahill shops and restaurants. 3.4 miles to Edina Galleria and Southdale shops.

The room is best for someone with a consistent schedule who values a calm living environment.

We are a friendly and respectful household looking for a like-minded roommate to share our home in Edina. The house is spacious, with a large yard, gardens, plenty of parking, and a convenient location. The home will be shared with three roommates total, a mix of people who value a clean, peaceful, and cooperative living environment. It is a social group but also respect each others space and privacy. We welcome a roommate who shares these values and is looking for a comfortable, drama-free home. As part of the rental agreement, we will require that all roommates carry renters insurance in their name. (Typically $10-$30/mo.). The policy must cover personal property, liability (at least $100,000) and damages. The required application fee of $30 will include ID verification, credit check and a background check.
