Looking to sublet my room at The Ridge North Texas for the summer! Apartment complex is pretty quiet, and has a pool and a gym on property that you would have full access to. Apartment comes fully furnished with in-unit washer and dryer, and kitchen appliances work well. You would have your own private room (comes with bed, dresser, and desk/chair) and full bathroom. Apartment complex is in a very central location in Denton (7-10 minute drive from downtown Denton).
There are two other female-identifying people living in this apartment, who also each have their own private rooms and bathrooms. We each pay our own share of the electric (which usually comes out to about $20-30 a month per person). They are very nice and quiet; they would probably prefer another female-identifying roommate.
