About the room

3 bedroom home & I have two rooms for rent on the second floor the bathroom would be shared by the two new roommates. The neighborhood is nice and quiet & does have a community pool . The home has a fenced in backyard and I also have a fire pit , and some patio chairs outside as well as a grill I wouldn’t mind anyone using .

About the roomies

I am currently the main tenant & have rented out the rooms to two males around the same age as me and we’ve never had any problems and everyone has been respectful, they are both moving out this month and I would love to fill their spots .
