1. Room will be fully furnished with a queen bed, dresser, night stand and lights. There is a closet in the room as well.
2. Shared bathroom upstairs next to the bedroom- MUST be kept clean AT ALL TIMES. No exceptions.
3. Unlimited Wifi is provided.
4. Kitchen may be used for light cooking if needed but MUST be cleaned after use.
5. DO NOT leave dirty dishes in the sink.
6. Dirty laundry is to stay in a hamper in your room until you do laundry.
7. Shoes are NOT to be worn on carpet (slippers OK) when inside the house.
8. NO pets, smoking, parties, drugs, weapons allowed in this house.
9. NO guests.
10. Tenant will NOT have access to any other rooms in the house except kitchen, both living rooms, laundry room, shared bathroom upstairs, half bathroom downstairs, backyard/patio area and garage.
11. Tenant must be friendly, peaceful, reliable and respectful.
12. Tenant must provide proof of employment/income. Must be agreeable to background/credit check.
