I am Looking for a female or male to rent a freshly painted private room in my 1008 sq ft home. Brand new carpet installed July 21st 2026. The carpet in the rest of the house has been thoroughly shampooed and disinfected.

You will be the only roommate. We will share kitchen, living room, bathroom, finished basement with entertainment area for the hot summer months. The house has central air also washer and dryer available for use. Nice fenced in back yard with patio. This is a month to month lease and rent is $800 per month due on the first every month security deposit is $800. You would be responsible for half of the gas/electric.

I will provide WIFI and will cover water, sewage and trash removal. The lawn care is done by me. Housekeeping for common area’s is included by myself and is included in the rent provided you clean up after yourself. I don’t drive so you have access to the driveway and the garage would be included in your rent. I am respectful of others space also I am not a party person, looking for someone who is quiet. I have two awesome cats. It’s a safe neighborhood with a lot of parks. Easy access to highways. Seven Minutes (3.3 miles) too Eastern Michigan University. Thank you. Linda 734-262-1282
