I am Looking for a female to rent a private room in my 1008 sq ft home. You will be the only roommate. We will share kitchen, living room, bathroom, finished basement with entertainment area for the hot summer months. The house has central air also washer and dryer available for use. Nice fenced in back yard with patio. This is a month to month lease and rent is $850 per month due on the first every month security deposit is $800. You would be responsible for half of the gas/electric per month. I will provide WIFI and will cover water, sewage and trash removal. Housekeeping for common area’s is included by myself and is included in the rent provided you clean up after yourself. I don’t drive so you have access to the driveway and the garage would be included in your rent. I am respectful and live a private life not a party person, looking for someone who is quiet and has a 9-5 type of schedule. If you work full time all afternoons 3-11 type of a shift or midnights this will not work out. If you work one or two afternoons and the rest all days that would be ok. I have two cats.
