Roommate moved out of the area so we’re seeking a Christian housemate hoping for a quiet, restful home in a wooded wonderland 12 minutes west of Marysville, WA. There is no bus service here so you must have your own transportation. Fully Furnished room on 2nd floor $960 (discounted down $100 from $960 if YOU are interested in random tasks and the room must be secured by non-refundable Last Month deposit via Cash App or Zelle). Owner in 70s is retired and resides on 2nd floor with old Siamese cat. Main floor kitchen, bathroom and laundry are shared. Expectations are that housemates are fully independent, able to prep own meals, is tidy, do random chores, and have proof of sustainable monthly income.
