The house includes a washer dryer, two car garage, driveway, courtyard, large backyard, deck, gazebo, two fridges, AC, giant new kitchen (house is only 10 years old), new furniture, projector, surround sound, movie screen, fireplace, 1,000mb internet access with a signal booster, monthly maid service, and more! It’s 3,000 ft , in a beautiful neighborhood (one of the safest in the country), down the street from a golf course, and there’s a free community pool.

The roommates are young working professionals. Don’t mind if you drink or smoke but would just ask that you don’t smoke in the house. The current makeup is 1 girls and 3 guys. A couple that works in solar, a girl who works as a bank teller, a guy who works in pest-control, and another guy who works in retail.
