I have one super clean furnished room available for rent now. This house is located in a nice, safe, quiet neighborhood, close to bus line, grocery shopping, restaurants, and also really close, walking distance to Green River Community College and a lot of parking space. This room is really huge and you will share bathrooms and kitchen. We will provide big refrigerator, washing and drying machine as well. This house does not allow pets, no smoking, and no drugs allowed. The rent is $750 plus $300 (refundable) security deposit and $50 for credit and background check and provide lease agreement.
