This condo resides on the 3rd and 4th floor of the building so there are a couple flights of steps. There is a balcony, good for smoking if you do that, no smoking in the house. There are two cats on the property so we cannot have any more cats or dogs. It is located in the heart of Hanover where many places are within walking distance - the mall and casino, grocery stores, walmart and costco and various restaurants and businesses as well as public transit. Great place to live if you enjoy going out!
Security deposit is negotiable and all utilities/internet is included in the rent.
About the roomies
My names Bekk and my partner and I are living here. My mother is the landlord, but I dont manage the property, I am just helping her find some people. We like to cook quite a bit but we are tidy and clean up after ourselves. We try to keep the whole place maintained minus the two rooms and their bathroom. We are pretty quiet and keep to ourselves other than that. Everyone in the house works 5 days a week, we’re all pretty quiet people and try to keep the place tidy and maintained. All listings will have to go through the landlord and potentially a background check. Look forward to meeting you!
