The room will be cleared out before move-in—it’s currently used for storage, but will be completely empty. I have been using the spare room for storage since moving in about a year ago.

Photos include the bedroom, living room, kitchen, hallway (excuse the laundry at the end—it’s laundry day!), and bathroom.

It’s a full private room with a private entrance, huge closet, and wood floors. You’ll have shared access to the bathroom, living room, and kitchen.

My bedroom is located by the living room.

The apartment is on Main Street in Stroudsburg, close to restaurants and bars if you’re into the local scene. WiFi is included in rent with electric!!!. It will be month to month. Again, no security deposit needed. Street parking only. Super laid-back vibes here, just looking for someone respectful and clean. And I do mean someone very clean!

Hey there! I’ve been living in this place for a year now and figured it’d be great to have a roommate to share the space with. No security deposit needed, just someone respectful, clean, understanding of boundaries chill and again a very clean person!

I’m pretty laid back and mostly out during weekdays because of work, so you’ll get plenty of quiet time to yourself. I do warn fellow potential roommates that I wake up extremely early for work. I’m dead weight when it comes to waking up so my alarm is loud unfortunately.

I do have a big dog—he’s super friendly and somewhat well-behaved, but definitely a big presence and a goof ball but very lovable.
