Room can easily be painted if color is not suitable. Bathroom will basically be your own. I use downstairs bathroom other than for showering. Full access to all common areas, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, and patio. There will be a separate tv room downstairs when renovations are completed. Currently updating all areas of home.
