A 3 story separated townhouse in Lazybrook right near the Heights. There is building with the area up and coming, but the community is still very quiet and peaceful. You may bike to anywhere and walk to most places. Memorial Park is 5 minutes away and White Oak is closer. Walk to the gym (Seven Facet), crossfit, Prime 131 (A high end restaurant), Cactus Cove or even the Drip Bar. 11th street connects into the heart of the Heights and there are many parks and trails. You can find me walking around the fancy neighborhood near us, Lorraine Cherry Nature Preserve right down the street or even Heights Boulevard path. I drive to Memorial Park at least a couple times a week and it is within 5 minutes if that.

About the roomies

I would be your landlord/roommate and I have a small dog that usually stays in my room and does not linger too much. I am an adjunct professor/educator who enjoys nature, outside, chill time and adventures. I am looking for someone who is independent and clean, but also social and friendly. I love being outside and ride my bike many places, including the grocery market.

The other roommate is living on the 3rd floor where my bedroom is as well. She is a professional in healthcare and is kind, friendly and clean.
