This is one room with your own private bathroom for one person only. The room is $700 plus $200 that includes all utilities (water, electricity, trash, internet) No animals, there is one cat in the house that only likes hoomans. One car only, again, one person only. (The room is available the second week of may)

There will be a background check, is for the safety of everyone that lives in the house.

There is one month security deposit.
