Huge master bedroom with its own private bath and walk-in closet for rent in Lathrop right off the highway. The room is very bright with tons of natural light pouring in during the day. The room has a nice sized walk-in closet, as well as another small closet in the bathroom area. The bathroom has tons of storage space and dual sinks.

You will have access to the whole house including the kitchen and will be welcome to cook and hang out in the common areas. You’ll have your own shelf in the fridge and a few cupboards/drawers to yourself in the kitchen. Must clean up after yourself each time.

You will be sharing the home with only 2 other individuals. We’re both quiet and like to maintain a quiet and peaceful home environment.

All utilities such as water, garbage, electricity, and high-speed internet are included in the rent. Tracy is about 15 minutes away, Dublin/Pleasanton are about 35 minutes away. The home is located in a very safe neighborhood.

We’re looking for someone who is quiet, courteous, responsible, classy and clean. We do have some house rules:

You can have guests over occasionally as long as rules are maintained - significant others can stay overnight once a week and you can have guests over 1-2 times a month as long as you clear it with us beforehand.

NO shoes in the house, shoes must be taken off in the entryway. No noise after 10pm (that includes phone-calls and T.V.), no pets, no drama, no parties, no smoking of any kind in the house, no drugs. Must treat the home with care/like it’s your own as it is under management.

You must be employed full-time and be able to provide proof of income as well as pass a background and credit check. Looking for minimum of 6 month stay. Last month, and deposit to move in. Available right away.
