This listing is for a single occupant in a family setting. We would prefer a military occupant ideally. Conveniently located near pax Navy base and only about a mile into the ranch club. Extremely quiet street we’re not looking for somebody. That’s going to have a bunch of visitors as we do have small children looking for a clean, respectful individual.

About the roomies

My wife and I are looking to share our home one room on the main house floor. This will be for a private bathroom. I have a 10-year-old and a three-year-old we’re not looking for somebody that’s gonna be noisy and have a lot of company as we are working professionals.
