Hi, everyone, my name is Annie. I am a 37-year-old professional. I am looking for 1 female roommate. The house is in SE Portland, Oregon, which is near Happy Valley Home Depot (9300 SE 82nd Ave, Happy Valley, OR 97086). Nearby MANY restaurants, stores, supermarkets (Walmart, Winco, trader joe’s , Fred Meyer, Target, Ross, Tjmax). Close to the Max and bus lines

The single-family house is only 7 years new and in very good condition, it is very safe with ring cameras . 3 bedrooms + 2.5 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms are all on the second floor. I am a designer. My life is very simple and no drama. I work hard and go to the gym regularly. And I don’t smoke, don’t drink, don’t use drugs or marijuana. I am a nice, quiet, easy-going female. I already occupy the master bedroom.

The other roommate Jerika , she has 2 jobs , works for a hospital and the airport . she is a kind , positive, hardworking woman, very busy.

Now one furnished bedroom is available on august 1st. If you like you can use your own furnitures . The room is 110 sf + 12 sf closet total 122sf, only $670/month. You have your own private bathroom (half bathroom without shower),and you only share shower with the other roommate. deposit is $670( refundable) + $150 last month’s utilities (refundable)+ first month’s rent is $670 . There is a portable air conditioner in the room.

IF YOU HAVE A GOOD CREDIT SCORE, I CAN OFFER A LOWER RENT.

Three to 3 people share the utility + Wi-Fi (usually $100-120/person, sometimes $150/ month ). 1-year lease at least.

Requires: have a job, enough to pay the rent and utilities. (I think working can make people more healthy and happier). No drama, keep the kitchen clean. Students are welcome too.

Amenities include: Gas stove， heating， Washer & dryer， Refrigerator， Air conditioner， Garden， Street parking.

The realtor will help to check the background (the fee is around $45 I think). You pay for the background check, but if you go through and rent, I will share $20. Thanks
