Bridgewater Way

i have a 3 extra bedrooms that i can rent out! from $800-$1200 one of them are downstairs on the first floor with its own bathroom, the other two are upstairs (3rd floor) with a bathroom. These rooms CAN come furnished(for a little extra)

-keypad door lock -In home Laundry -all electric house -Small enclosed front yard and 2nd floor patio. -smart TV and speakers in the living room for surround sound -no smoking (in the house. you may smoke away from the house),no kids, no pets (i already have 2 cats and a dog), no drugs, no parties

I’m very quiet and somewhat of an introvert but I will keep up in a conversation . It would just be a little awkward in the beginning. I do have a few hobbies and i love watching TV.

If you are not GAY FRIENDLY than you should probably finding somewhere else. I also will not force you to do anything out of your comfort zone, as someone who considers herself and introvert, I understand if you don’t want to socialize all the time.
