Hello, your home is 8.3mi from the MCAS, and 3.1mi from Yuma Medical Center. I can do month to month or long term leases. All utilities and WiFi are included in the rent. Your bathroom will only be used by others whenever there are guests, which is not often. You will have garage space to protect your car from the heat. Your room has a queen bed but can be removed if you would like. I am still furnishing the home so it’s pretty empty, but I do have all the necessity’s.

About the roomies

I will be the only other person living here. I spend my time at work, playing pickle ball, going out, or relaxing at home. I like to keep the home clean and organized and looking for someone who will do the same.
