It is in a safe area in Oro Valley (Oracle & Magee). Quiet and clean complex. The apartment is on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool and hot tub. It is also right next to the laundry room & fitness center. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance. It is a 914 sq ft apartment with a walk out patio and you will have your own bathroom inside the large master bedroom. **The apartment complex does require a credit/background check to move in for a $50 dollar processing fee
About the roomies
I’m a 47 year old professional looking to save money on rent. My current roommate is moving out to help her mom in her older age. I am quiet, respectful, have “midwest manners”, very clean. I have never been in trouble with the law…clean criminal record & would prefer a similar roommate.
I work 3nd shift so if you work 1st shift our paths won’t cross much. I like to stay active hiking & going to the gym. I like to eat healthy and live a quiet, drama free existence. I would also offer to help move you in around my work schedule. Anything else feel free to ask :)
