About the room

A room in a 3 bedroom house. The room connects to the garage, but we can switch rooms if you like! You and I will be sharing a bathroom, and the other couple that already lives with me share one as well. There is a big back yard, a covered patio, washer/dryer, dishwasher, garage, and lots of space in the living room! The rent will include water, internet, trash, and electricity. I plan on hiring a cleaning service to stop by every Tuesday once we find another roommate and that will be included as well, to make everything easier. They will take the trash out, straighten up, and mop the floors.

About the roomies

I work in the hospitality/travel industry, full time. Not into partying or anything like that! The other two roommates are a straight couple that share a room. There are currently two cats (theirs) and my dog, Jameson (smaller beagle/jack Russel mix). The other roommate works with animals at a pet resort, and her boyfriend works in construction.
