Hey! My roomie is moving out after this lease so I’m looking for someone to move in and take over her half. (: I work full time in construction (in the background lol!) and love doing arts and crafts, playing video games, smoking weed or watching just Trish or rotten mango lol!!
Rent is $550 EACH total for the apt is 1100, WiFi is $25 each and utilities range from $50 each - $100 each monthly. So 625-675 monthly including utilities and wifi. There is also a $500 security deposit you’d have to pay to cover what my roommate put down. First month rent + security is needed to move in. You’ll also have to fill out an application with the apartment
Private bedroom and a shared bath! Walking distance (10 min) to UO! Safe area, washing machines located on site (not in apartment but on site), secluded garage area.
I have a dog and a cat, you’re welcome to bring animals but keep in mind they have to be okayed by the apartment. Usually this apartment doesn’t allow dogs- mine is registered as an ESA. My dog has issues with some dogs - so I’d rather not bring more dogs in. Cats are fine though, you’ll have to pay a deposit with the apartment.
