Looking for two new roommates for our large 4-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment in Greenpoint starting Sept. 1st. Earlier move in could be possible for one of the rooms if needed.

The Apartment Four bedrooms, two full bathrooms on the second floor of a three-story row house. hardwood floors, large living room / kitchen, with dishwasher and gas stove. Washer and dryer in building. A cleaning service comes once a month and is included in the rent. The living room is furnished.

The Rooms Both rooms have hardwood floors, a large window and huge closet. They measure about 8’ x 14’ and get a good amount of light. The bed pictured is a queen size bed. One of the bedrooms is pictured as an office, but it is the same size as the other room.

The Neighborhood Quiet street one block from the Greenpoint G stop. Four blocks to McCarren Park. Grocery stores, bodegas, gyms, dry cleaning, banks, coffee shops, great bars and restaurants are all just a block away. This is truly central greenpoint.

The Rent The rent for each room is $1075/month. Water and heat are included. We all split electric and wifi.

General Info You’ll be signing onto a one-year lease starting September 1. You’ll need to fill out an application for our landlord just to prove financial stability. To move in, you’ll need September’s rent and one-month security. Our landlord doesn’t allow pets, sadly.
