Hi! My roommate has moved and I’m looking for someone interested in taking their place! I am in a 12 month lease that began june 1st and will go until July 31st of 2027. I’m located at 825 jupiter dr in the metro view apartments in a 2bed / 2bath apartment. This area is awesome. Walking distance from grocery store, coffee shop, great dane (restaurant/bar) and more! Also there’s a farmers market/ food trucks that come in the spring just up the street! The apartment has central air, in unit laundry, large patio, big windows with lots of sunlight! Theres a small weight room and rec room as well. I have the apartment fully furnished as well as extra stuff to furinish the second room if needed! Including a bed, desk, tv stand and tv! (No extra charge or anything. If you need/ could use the stuff then feel free. If you have things then I can move my stuff out.) 🐶🐶 I have 2 weiner dogs both 6yo! 1 boy, 1 girl. They’re both chill loungers! Not destructive or annoying, these guys like to hang around and cuddle. Unfortunately my apartment has a limit of 2 pets so we would not be able to bring in anymore. (If I could I would!) It is a 12 month lease. Rent will be $845/month +utilities. If you have any other questions please let me know!!

My names Ricky. I’m 31 (old af). Pretty chill, laugh loud, enjoy gamin and watching movies/tv. I’ve got 2 weiner dogs! 1 boy named Bowie and 1 girl named Nellie! They’re both pretty chill, 6year old, loungers. Not destructive or annoying although we’re working on bowies potty skills! ( he’s improving) but no major accidents. They’re cuddle bugs! I work hvac 10hr days so I’m usually just making dinner and relaxing after work. And weekends I’m usually still home hanging out with the dogs and gamin. Nothing too crazy haha.
