Features a spacious mirrored closet with built-in shelving and access to garage storage shelves. Shared downstairs bathroom with only 1–2 other residents.

OPTION 2: Private, furnished 11x13 upstairs bedroom with window facing a quiet street. Hardwood flooring. Spacious mirrored closet with built-in shelving. Furnished with an elevated bed frame, mattress, and rug (can be removed if preferred). Shared bathroom with only 1–2 other residents. Access to garage storage shelves.

The home is newly renovated, driveway/street parking, washer and dryer, furnished living room, dining room, backyard seating area, and full kitchen access including cookware, dishes, dishwasher, and appliances.

Located in Cerritos on South Street, close to restaurants, Cerritos Mall, Cerritos Towne Center, major freeways, and public transportation.

We keep a very clean home. Common areas are cleaned weekly, we maintain a no-shoes household, and air purifiers are located throughout the home.

Utilities will be split evenly per person (current average is $120/person per month). No smoking inside the house please. Looking for someone to move in anytime between now and August, depending on the room selected.

Roommate downstairs is relocating- allowing option 1 to open around August. If you are interested in the larger, downstairs room but need a room ASAP. The upstairs room will be available and then you can move into the larger room around August.

Current Housemates (3 people) Bee (myself), 26 yr old RN and full time grad student. My boyfriend, 27 yr old full time RN. My boyfriend and I share a bedroom. Roommate upstairs works full time, goes out of town every few months or so for work. We are all friendly but will allow you your personal space! We do have a sweet senior dog who is very friendly but will give you space if wanted. He sleeps in my room at night and is crated when we are away. He’s very well cared for and groomed regularly.

We’re looking for a respectful, clean, and communicative housemate who is a good fit for the household.
