Centrally located in Jupiter, 5 minutes from 95 and 10 minutes from the beach. Must be able to communicate and understand English. $1300.00/ month huge closet and private bath with single sink. It is very private, room located on second floor. I keep a very, very clean and neat House and that is the way I want to keep it. Long-term lease. Includes all utilities. I also just purchased a new TV with some free streaming channels for your entertainment. About the roomies
I work for myself, so I make my own schedule, I run a small IT company from my home and it varies from day to day. I am a male and have been in Jupiter for 9 years. I love the beach, and paddleboarding. We have a cat and I am a single father to my seven year old son. He is autistic and easy to live with.
