Isabel's room

Our home is decently sized in which you will have your own private room. The door will have a key and a lock to ensure privacy. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and there will be street parking available as well. You will have access to the main house being able to utilize the kitchen and dining room.

Current tenants are myself Isabel 26yo F, my mom Kati 50yo F, my brothers Angel 25yo M and Justin 29yo M. Eugene adult male Will adult male. We also have 2 cats that have access to outside and inside most hours of the day. Everyone is rarely home, laidback and minds their own business and we like to keep things clean. My mom will be living in the basement and I will be living in the living room and share the basement bathroom with my mom so you will be sharing a bathroom with Justin, Angel, Eugene and Will. Angel’s room is the attic and Eugene’s room is on the same floor as your room. Angel myself and my mom are a church people so we’re either at work or at church and the others do their own thing mostly at work or outside. Specifically about Justin he uses medical marijuana regularly but he keeps it in his room. So if you use then please keep it outside. You will be sharing a fridge too so I advise labeling your stuff and everyone will respect it. Everyone is very respectful here 👍🏼. About pets, please don’t bring any extra pets like cats or dogs since we already have two cats. If your pet lives in a cage we can talk about it. About your orientation, nobody minds but please don’t bring people to the house for sleepovers or extended stays since utilities are expensive and the walls are thin. Hanging out with a reasonable amount of friends is ok though there’s not much space in the home. Please clean up after yourself. everyone is pretty good about cleaning up after themselves so if you do the same then things will remain peaceful as they currently are.
