Its a ‘girls only’ apartment, we are all grad students. 2 bed 2 bath apartment.- It is like a dorm situation but large bedrooms with a little separation in the middle of each room. What you see in the photo is your side of the room. You will be sharing the bedroom with one other room mate and in the 2nd bedroom, there’s another roommate. They’re both quite friendly, responsible and thoughtful about shared/personal space.
I am offering a discounted price of $550 per month including all utilities. Would be perfect if you are coming to Portland for an internship, or traveling to PNW in summer. The room is furnished and the kitchen has everything you’d need. Message me for more details.
