This building has 40-50 renters at all times and is not a good fit for someone who is looking for a small, more intimate type of setting. No outstanding balances owed to other housing providers/evictions must have 6 months of verifiable rental history (on a lease agreement) within the last 2 years.
We accept guarantors/co-signers who make 4x the rent and have a 700+ credit score for those who don’t income qualify or are first time renters.

No pending felonies or felony convictions within the last 7 years for arson, drug manufacturing/distribution, assault/domestic violence towards other residents, landlords or employees
