This adorable Workshop / Art Studio unit is available now, perfect for an artist, writer, or someone whose passions or business are conducted quietly.

Clean, quiet and responsible are the three key factors I look for when selecting tenants. A positive environment is maintained across the property.

Air-conditioning, power outlets & lights, and Wi-Fi access included.

There are some shelves and closet rod built in, and you can reconfigure the space to your needs as desired.

I’ve included 2 versions of the interior pics, since the current tenant repainted. The ones with pink walls are the older version, but you can get a better idea of the space. The L-shaped counter and shelf under the AC have been removed, the walls have been painted white, and new flooring installed.

Ceiling mural by former artist tenant must remain, but you have the option to paint the interior walls to your taste.

Gated driveway space included. The driveway is large enough for a boat or RV.
