About the property

Hi all! This apartment is part of a large house that was converted into three apartments. We are on the first floor and we have two other units above us. Driveway/parking spot included with room. We have a private entrance with a small deck. It is a short 5 minute walk to downtown Westbrook, roughly a 15 minute drive to downtown Portland. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment. It’s a recently updated old Victorian home that has a brand new stainless steel oven and dishwasher. All common spaces are decently furnished, but the bedroom is not. We have two lovely unemployed cats that currently live here. We can take up to one more cat as long as you are fine slowly integrating them as my kitties get nervous with new animals. No dogs allowed per landlord, sorry! You will be living with two girls in their early twenties (21 & 23). We are both pretty laid back gals. We love to be friends with our roommates! Have someone who we can go out and have fun with, but also someone who loves getting takeout and watching a fun movie at home! The room available has wood floors with white crown molding. Two windows that let in plenty of natural light, and a closet with sliding doors. The base rent for the room is $800 per month, this includes hot water/lawn care. We as tenants are responsible for heat (in the winter), electric, and wifi. These bills can vary depending on the month. WiFi is a consistent $64/month. Heat during the colder months can vary anywhere from $150-$300. And electric stays between $150-$200 per month. All of these utilities would be split evenly amongst the three roommates. The lease for the apartment is a minimum of 12 months (1 year). The room will be available starting September 1, 2025.
