Master bedroom with private bath in ChampionsGate / Four Corners — right between Davenport, Clermont, and Kissimmee, in a gated community.

Super easy I-4 access (2 min), about 10 min to Posner Park, ~15 to Clermont, ~25 to Disney, and around 30–40 to Orlando depending on traffic.

The room available is the master bedroom in a 2-bedroom apartment, with a private bathroom and walk-in closet. The layout is a split floor plan, so there’s a good amount of privacy, with a shared kitchen and laundry area.

The community is newer and conveniently located near major roads, and includes a 24/7 gym, pool, and dog park.

Working professional in my mid-30s in the ChampionsGate / Davenport area. I keep things clean and organized, but I’m very laid-back and easygoing.

I stay pretty active — gym, pool, beach — and at home it’s a chill, comfortable space with good energy. I’m very social, but also someone who enjoys his own space.

I’ve got one friendly dog and a chill cat who loves attention.
